Bandit Bounties

I thoight it was weird that the main factios all have minor factions or just general bandits they'll fight on sight but there wasn't a reward for the player handing in the fighters of these bandit factions.

Now the vast majority of bandits have a bounty on their head that scales with their combat skills. They can also have some leeway so it's not a simple value per bandit. (Some might be newer to banditry and some may be more established)
