Update version of Lucky Star Civilization with improved design and much crazy accurate to the characters appearance regard of their action in the game. Now include music and Minami in the game, as well as weirdly dumb dialog.

- Update Minami's Agenda now include Shidori and Neptunia characters.
- Add new Nomina government title from that will be use with Yggdra Angel's custom government.
- Civilization Trait and Unit is no longer need Yggdra Angel version.
