No Thunderstorms Revived

Since it appears that the author of the original mod has stopped modding, I have decided to update this for 1.4 and above. Should I be wrong, and the original mod does get updated, then I will remove this one from the Workshop.




Sometimes thunderstorms can be a huge pain, sometimes too much, dry thunderstorms especially. Even with firefoam poppers, it's still really hard in larger maps. If you feel these events are a bit unbalanced, get rid of them with this mod!

• As said before, some mods may have conflicts with this one, so make sure to put it at the bottom of your modlist.
  
• Even if somehow those storms occur, they are modified so they only last a few seconds and not several hours.
  
• You can force the thunderstorms to spawn with devmode, it's expected to happen.
  
• It won't remove ongoing thunderstorms.
  
• These events are NOT removed or deleted, just patched to not happen naturally, in order to prevent incompatibility with other mods and break the game. Some mods may have alternative ways to 'summon' weather events, those are not affected.

No issues known at the moment.



Q: Is it safe to add mid-save?
A: Yes. Safe to remove also.
