RP_NEWVEGUS_SA Navmesh Fix/BigSized

This navmesh is enlarged from the previous since the owner did not nav_analyze the entire map and left some areas out, but I got you guys covered and the file size is around 370mbs in size. Please do expect some long loading during this navmesh unless youre willing to wait, but this navmesh is optimized with the help of the tool called as Navmesh Optimizer, but load times are reduced.

All owner belongs to the map linked below, I am just uploading an updated version and covers most of the map's areas, including the insides.
