描述
The name should be self explanatory. This mod changes the weight for the AI to use the Summon Dimensional Fleet Astral action to 0.

Going to be the crisis and the number of enemy dimensional fleets is just silly. happy not to use it myself if this stops the AI dimensional fleet spamming. Thanks for the mod, :steamhappy:

You are the hero. For anyone curious, in mid-late games, these fleets tend to lag the game for the tremendous number. They seem to be proportional to the actual fleet capacity. Yes, it is a great power; and yes, it ruins the cpu.

Pretty good, given the Decision's bugged right now so a chunk of the fleets split off from the summoned fleet, giving them - or you - an increasing number of permanent dimensional ships.
