im saying this because disabling audio fix stopped the lag im not singling out one singular mod out of the like 20 i had enabled at the time

If you've got huge mods like rain meadow enabled I think it's way more likely to be from those mods

i dont however if i get around to it ill try to get them (i was in rain meadow and if no one else has reported it that could be why..? (as in it could be something that only happens with rain meadow))

Do you have exception logs to send? You're the only person to report this

Does this work in pre-watcher versions so i can use it with mods like reclaiming entropy or deluge that haven't been updated
