i was watching dbz abridged and cell stood up while he was like this and thought itd be funny to make a character thats just half cell





its 4 am


anyways, enjoy this character i threw together in a couple hours, only has two moves (jab, which is triggered by every attack button (except special) and fastfall... which is triggered by doing a fastfall lol) and they're pretty decent, he has insane air mobility and a completely invincible, super-armored dash for some reason

he also has dbz abridged songs for his taunt and victory screen
