there is already RELOAD logic built in

TUNING
x = number of cannons
(10 * x) / 3
OUTPUT of Framerate Sensor

may crap itself in multiplayer against high cannon stack for unknown reasons

i also still have to add more ways to fix the fps reader and this system, since ive discovered more things overtime

if you're able, keep unattended vehicles removed or at minimum. apparently there is an issue relating to lag or ping or something basically breaks the system regardless of what you do, especially at high fps. not sure if this is client only
