Master Of Orion (load 18). This mod tweaks the diplomacy settings. It was lifted from my mod: "Angry Galaxy Lite." . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Location: This mod should be located at the end of your mod list; or in the indicated load order with my other mods.

What this mod does:

1. Trade Deals, Research Deals, Non-Aggression Pacts, Shared Enemy, Shared Ally, and Defensive Pacts (Alliances) produce better relationship effects.

2. Penalties for rejecting requests for "Open Boarders" or breaking "Open Borders Treaties" are not as harsh.

3. When an enemy rejects your request to stop spying, the penalty is not as harsh in harming your diplomatic relations with them.

4. Agreeing to "Demands" of other races greatly improves their relationship with you.

5. Killing spies doesn't harm your relationships.

6. Trading Charts produces better rewards.

7. This will set the "event: RELATIVE_SCORE" key value to very mild effect above zero (it is set higher in my Angry Galaxy mods to make the AI less friendly).
