Minotaur Xenotype Extensions

An addon for the Minotaur Xenotype adding additional minotaur-based xenotypes - the Auroch and Wooly Minotaur, and other planned future content.


Aurochs are a combat-oriented minotaur variant, designed to act as guardians and warriors for minotaur communities. Characterized through a robust sturdiness, reduced pain, strong melee, and aggressiveness, the Aurochs nonetheless have a kind demeanor to them that allows them to co-exist peacefully with the communities they protect. Their increased strength, durability and temperament comes at the cost of their social graces and general intelligence. Aurochs make incredible soldiers and guardians - but are socially stunted and poor at intellectual tasks.

Aurochs are known to be generally agreeable people - but ferocious combatants, only eclipsed by the likes of the Hussars.




Only two genetic traits separates the wooly minotaur from their 'baseline' kin - a thick heavy coat of furskin that protects them from the cold, and a slight intolerance to higher temperatures. Wooly minotaurs are adept at surviving in colder climates, unfussed by the lower temperatures - but in turn will be the first to suffer from heatstroke should the temperatures begin to rise.
