Tired of those pesky legendary criminals?

Electric chair does not work, starving takes too much time and staging 'escape attempts' is risky for your guards?

Well, here's the solution! Let your EXTREME VOLTAGE TESLA COIL fry them into oblivion!

Features:
- Tesla Tower. Damages any prisoner that gets in 2 tiles range. Your staff is spared (for now) - let's assume their uniforms contain metal strands, Faraday-style.

Issues/To do list ( * means this may be changed soon, - means hardly possible with currend modding system or my knowledge of one):
- TT doesn`t actually depend on electrical power. If it is installed, it just works. Obviously shouldn't be like that.
- Because of aforesaid, no actual control over TT. Sorry, no 'switch' yet.
* Air arc effect is static, probably will add some frames.
* In current state, TT is OP as hell. Put one near your Supermax block entrance and they`ll never leave alive. Unless, you know, tunnels.
- No sound at all.
* No target reaction, for now they just continue with whatever they have been doing. Also spotted moving when already rendered unconscious by TT - be like 'ONLY IN DEATH DOES TERM END, BUT EVEN IN DEATH I STILL RIOT'
