Grand Austria Hotel + Let's Waltz Expansion

Using sHellfish's scripted base game as a base and a combination of my own copy's scans and Brainwash's work.

Modules will need to be manually added as part of setup.
If using Module 1 and/or 5, be sure to first add the corresponding Emperor Tiles, Objectives, Guests and Staff cards to the decks behind the manuals before clicking start on Setup so they get shuffled and dealt like normal.
For module 2, you will need to manually remove 3 white dice and replace them (or recolor them) with the red, blue, and yellow dice from the bag.

For everything else, use the provided Expansion manual's "Combining Modules" section on page 15 and 16.
