Better Rarity Distribution

This mod alters rarity distribution of loot, shops, etc. to have less junk in mid to late game.

Petty items should become near-nonexistent by the time you get into Naonite.

Common items will stop appearing as you get closer to Xanion.

Uncommon items will stop appearing as you get past the barrier and closer to the center.

Also Legendary items will have a bigger chance to appear as you are getting closer to the core, even in normal difficulty.
