i think Malthus on that island will handle the problem,but if you don't like it you can open

Is it possible to tone down the barbarian horde increase? There is just 20k stack after 20k stack coming down from scotland without pause thats completely messing with the demographics of the whole island. Its making scotland as population dense as the Mediterranean region
