描述
A Kulak was defined as a rural peasant who owned more than 8 hectars of land and were somewhat wealthier than ordinary peasants and thus lived in somewhat nicer houses set at 84 percent quality. Contains onsite parking for each resident as a separate no collision parking lot.

Kulak is not a wealthy peasant, he is a rural equivalent of a factory owner but instead of exploiting workers he exploits other peasants for his own gain.

Thanks for your mod.
I do appreciate your amazing work.

Question: If I place the parking lot.
Can I assign the car to the very person which is living in the house where the parking lot is placed?

Kind regards.

Kulak is the rural bourgeoisie that builds wealth from exploiting peasant workers, usury, and speculation. There is a clear definition of that term. Being wealthy was not a crime by default.
