[RE-UPLOAD & EDIT] Military and Police Used Car Skins

This is an add-on for Filibuster Rhymes Used Cars Build 41 Beta:

It adds the following variant skins to the military vehicles from FRUC:
- Green and Tan skins for the HMMVWs.
- Green and Tan skins for the M35A2 Trucks.
- Green and Tan skins for the M151 Jeeps.

As well it adds a Police HMMVW:
- It is rare, but will spawn in Police Zones.
- It will spawn with tactical police gear.

Police M113A1 APCs have been added to this mod; it does require Vilespring's APC mod for this feature to function. See the below disclaimer regarding any issues you have regarding them and the year 1993.

As well, I am aware that many of you believe that police HMMVWs were not a thing in 1993; I'm afraid that you are mistaken.
