This level is based when evan did fail to knock out the gang in the subway and then he got brought to a house and killed by the same gang that assaulted the subway, then colombians found the location and both gangs fighted at the point where the house was a blood bath, manny had received the order to go to the location to guess whats happening on that house, so he goes on a extremly inhuman dark night and intense rain through the blood pools mixed with water from the clouds.
