[Vanilla/WOTC] LoL Jhin Voice Pack 2024

You might think it's odd that i release a new Jhin VP using his regular voice when i could've just updated my PROJECT Jhin VP instead, and you'd be right, especially when i somehow only came up with 214 lines over the original's 258.

But the thing is, that old pack was made when i was a rookie at making VPs, i no longer have his PROJECT-modulated lines on hand, and all that's there on Youtube is his regular voice, meaning if i wanted to update the old pack i'd have to install League (gross!!!) and rip his voice lines myself, which i don't feel like doing.

So here's a new VP of his default voice instead. Of course a default Jhin VP already exists by Skulldish, but that voice pack is 8 years old at time of writing and was made using outdated methods, just look at that 189 MB file size.

Khada Jhin is an art snob so mentally unhinged, he sincerely believes murdering people and posing their corpses into funny positions like a Garry's Mod player counts as high art. He's grandiose to the point he's hired a personal choir to give him backup vocals whenever he speaks.

But god damn if he ain't one of the finest marksmen XCOM's ever seen, using his pistol/sniper combo weapon supplied to him from Japan's Kashuri Armory to such great effect we almost don't need to send any other operatives when we assign him to a mission.

His voice lines reflect this, having lots of lines for killing targets (26), overwatching (13), general offensive actions (9), heavy weapons and grenades (15). He works well as any offensive class, really.

He also has a lot of lines for concealment (13), so he can also function as an infiltration unit if needed. Domination (7) and resisting mind control (12) also have quite a number of lines, giving him some potential as a control-oriented psionics user.

To adjust the volume, access the mod's Config folder and open the volume config file, it'll be the file containing the mod's internal name and ending with "_Vol".

You can do this easily with the Alternative Mod Launcher [github.com] by clicking the mod's Config tab at the bottom of the AML window and selecting the file from the .ini drop down list.

Then just change the volume multiplier number based on your preference, i have the default value i've assigned noted just under the multiplier setting for reference.
