描述
It's finally playable!

This mod brings the Psykers of the 41st millennium to the moon of Europa.

Bringing you the Psyker of Warhammer 40k, this mod introduces a new affliction, Perils of the Warp. Using a Psyker ability generates Peril, and reaching 100% Peril causes a random negative effect(Currently just makes you explode).

Subclasses

Psykana: This is the Psyker you see in video games. Damage and crowd control are your bread and butter, and your talents are focused on your spells and managing your peril.

Biomancy: A lesser known discipline, Biomancy Psykers heal others and enhance themselves for melee combat with the enemy.

Divination: Psykers of this discipline are focused on buffing themselves and their crew, as well as enhancing the functionality of their ship.

This mod is in no way in its final form. I will be constantly updating and adding to this mod as time goes on.

As far as I know, this mod is fully compatible with Baro40k. Feedback appreciated.

Pretty much. I'm working a lot more, and I haven't really played Baro in a while. If anyone wants to do their own version of this, by all means.

I love this mod! I would like the “shields” that are given for the skill to be visually displayed on the character, if there are any. For example, in the form of a transparent blue glowing bubble. Well, I would like unique clothes for the class, a light gray variation of the captain’s clothes would be enough.

This mod is really cool, I quite like it and I'm running through it right now on a full play through. I have a MAJOR QoL request here that you may not be able to complete.

Perils of the warp is a fine mechanic as it is, however it is *incredibly* disruptive to have to guess what my percentage is without having the window open. Which of course, in a fight with literally anything, it's not optimal to keep it open and/or have to OPEN it in the first place.

My suggestion if it is feasible within the bounds of coding, is that you change the ammo meter itself of each staff to match your perils of the warp. Otherwise you could attempt to provide some other way of going about displaying it perhaps, with an armor if that isn't already a feature. I don't know if the psychic shroud provides that because it's not listed, and I haven't grabbed it yet.

Eye of the Storm is a talent that constantly gives me grief. The original intent for that talent was a constant aoe effect that slowly damaged enemies. Unfortunately, Barotraumas code does not make that easy. I'll take a look at the stupid thing.

Sorry for sounding a bit harsh in the last comment, was pretty salty about losing the smite staff, but I died and ended up getting it back. I do however, wish to alert you to another few bugs:

In the console it reads in red as a critical error, "Potential error in StatusEffect [eyeofthestorm]. Target not defined the effect might not work correctly. Use target="This" if you want the effect to target the entity it's defined in. Setting "This" as the target."
Me and my buddies have also noticed that while I definitely get the +10 from Eye of The Storm, they don't, and I believe that these might be related. Thanks for your continued development! :steamhappy:
