Top Guard to Side Head Knees

The attacker passes guard to attack with repeated knees to the head from a high angle side control position, an attack that is illegal under the modern Unifed Rules of Mixed Marital Arts but was a staple back in the late 90s and early 2000s in the less-regulated era of the UFC and under the ruleset of Pride FC.

The Top Guard to Side Head Knees have the same stats as the default Crown Head Knees from top guard.
