Doing such a thing would require basically redoing the mod from scratch. Will look into doing it when I have the time to do such a task.

Hey, so... this mod messes with the newly added victory points, cities, resources, and region-types (what determines the base amount of factories in a state) in post-Trial of Allegiance patches. Could that be fixed?
