An attempt to recreate the best feature of CS1.6: vehicle maps.

It's a right, not a privilege.



Note: I will release a simple prefab somewhere next week to explain how everything works so that people can make new car maps relatively easy!

- Please remove or give us an option to disable physics noises (odd banging sounds, hissing etc.)
- Please sort out rotational drag/rotdamping for func_physboxes so that vehicles without wheel entities can travel in straight lines as well
- If you find the above too easy, please implement func_vehile as an entity in the code & editor.
