After Hours Final

描述
You’re stuck with the after hour shift again.

After hours is a stressful puzzle map. You have to flip 8 switches to escape. There are 2 gargantuas in the map and they can hear you flip the switches and open doors. You have to find a way to pull the switches which takes 7 seconds without dying. The first one only takes 4 seconds to get you acquainted with pressing them.

After hours final is the final update to after hours. The original still had issues that allowed you to cheese the map pretty easily so the immersion of the map was completely broken. This update completely fixes that on top of adding things I wanted in the map originally that I didn't know how to implement before but learned how to. This should finally make the map an authentic experience. Changes include:
-Randomized switches for replayability and true unpredictability
-Punishment for the wrong choice
-Completely blocked out seeping light from under the doors
-Dynamic fan shadows
-Custom lambda light off texture
-No breakable glass surfaces
-Flickering door light to make it clear which direction you need to go
-Area portal optimization
-Ending scenery

Originally this was just gonna be a patch for the original map that removed the breakable glass but when I recompiled the original launching it crashed it. So I moved on since I didn't like how the map turned out anyways and it being messy and me copying brushes from official map src the issue can be literally anything, but it still left a sour taste in my mouth and dragged me down with everything. So I decided to rebuild it from scratch from the ground up to clean it up like the bio dome which I originally copied from xen museum and modified for the map, test my new mapping techniques, get re-acquainted with map logic, and maybe implement features I didn't have originally. I thought it would be quicker considering I already have everything set out for me regarding the map with layout and theme etc. but it took much longer than I planned, a couple of months approximately. Regardless I think it was worth it.

Map src is now included. Maybe this map will be a bigger map part of a bigger campaign later on or a DM map. Regardless I regretted not including it in the original but now I have.

You have to find a way to have the outside gargantua be on the opposite end of the switch you have to push. You can avoid the inside gargantua by moving along the top floors as it won't attack you up there unless you are near the edge where it can hit you with the fire. If you are still confused you can watch my walkthrough vid where I try and demonstrate and explain how to beat the map

Yeah I did, the guy in the room can see you wherever you are so he just runs there blocking you

You can be stealthy, the hint is to use the top floor in the center area

Would actually be a good map if you could be stealthy, but they actually just know where you are 24/7 so there's no point. Super uninteresting too

for some reason this map just crashes my game the second I try to open it
