crashes rather easily. was trying to make better air stuff and next thing i know the moment i hit the button to save the design i crash. somehow crashed so hard the error handler thing didn't even show up. the game just had a fatal error or something and completely closed

If you are asking for Northern Wastes, you need to rush to that focus. Dragons start the game as belligerent and this focus only works if dragons are belligerent. Otherwise you need to hope they stay belligerent.

only remnants of gondolin can bring valar, you need to go to return to valinor focus (democratic). It requires high world tension and Mordor (50 tension) or Rhun/Harad (25 tension) or return of morgoth. Also you get more buff if the good side start losing, (Valar starts to use more of their power)
