It makes you able to easily change the internal values of HL2 grenades (Grenade Damage , Grenade DamageRadius, Grenade DetonateTime).

By the way, the custom options of this addon will also work with the VManip Quick Grenades, which are the same as HL2 grenades essentially.

I made this simple addon for my convenience at first.
So I do not care if you want to edit it or do something else.
