Plastic AI Upscaled (Full HD from 4K Upscale) (Optimized)

The end result: a higher fidelity plastic texture at minimal cost in rendering and storage. I initially upscaled the original material to maximum theoretical limit I downscaled from 4K to FHD, so there should be minimal quality loss. Therefore "optimized". You won't notice this difference unless you have an 4K display if you do please add the missing $NOLOD to the VMT by opening it with any text editor.

I could make a 2K/4K version if it's requested, but there's no point; this still looks really good! Takes less space than the 4K version, but still looks better than original.
