Jerky Timer

Adds a timer underneath drying racks that shows how long it will take to finish making jerky, and displays a message when jerky is finished drying even if you're far away. Also works with kelp!

It should calculate times correctly, including when it's raining, but will forget the time if you rejoin or go into the caves.

There are options to turn off the timer, the "Done!" display, and the finished drying message.

Does not support custom items from other mods, but that might be added later.

- Fixed chat messages still showing up with the option off sometimes (?)
