Adds the Creation Sound Wyvern Poborubarumu from Monster Hunter Frontier into ARK.

Poborubarumu are noisy, whale-like flying wyverns with a healthy appetite. They can often be heard stomping about and blasting the melodies that they produce from the various biological instruments they are equipped with. Despite their resemblance to cetaceans, they are terrible swimmers.

Left Click: Bite
Right Click: Belly Flop
Z: Song of Might

Pobo is meant to be a bossfight dino, with decent stats and AOE buffs (that take a while to apply). When it is wild, it will instead apply these buffs to wild dinos as a nuisance so be careful not to get overwhelmed!

I touched up some animations and made some miscellaneous new ones, but the vast majority of assets used in this mod are from Monster Hunter and CAPCOM themselves.
