The 2-energy arm variant has one of its weapons fall off upon spawning

Not a critical issue, but should the STN-3Lb have the Royal/SLDF quirk added to it to bring it in line with all the other Royal mech variants in YAML? I salvaged one and it seems to only have Improved Communications.
