probably same reason as you.
it makes way more sense to have Setnakhte in Sinai,
since historically it was Setnakhte who defeated Isru.
yes, it should be possible,
by changing Sinai's faction name & patron god, swapping leader's model, weapon, voice, conversations etc.
i might look into it after finishing off several unfinished mods.
(i'm interested in that mod idea,
but the mod might not live long if they introduce succession in future update)
feel free to ask other modders as well :)
indeed, Setnakhte at least deserve to be an unique character, he's the greatest (if not, second greatest) pharaoh in that period.
the game does not stop me from activating this mod in middle of campaign, but i'm not sure if you have to wait til Setnakhte changes his equipment again.
(i've tried testing with a new Ramesses campaign without mod, then activate this mod after few turns, no issue with running the save, but Setnakhte just go swimming without gaining any equipment 😒)
its just that you'll see him walk around in Set outfit (around turn 20 onwards)
