The Vapid Winky is a light utility vehicle (LUV) that was cut from Grand Theft Auto V during development, later returning to Grand Theft Auto Online as part of The Cayo Perico Heist update.

Not much was known about the vehicle or what it looked like, other than a handling line in the files that suggests a relatively small vehicle, which had a slow top speed of 105 km/h (65 mph), a 4WD drivetrain and a mass of 2,000 kgs (4,409 lbs)
