Speed Skins standalone from Wealthy Traders

Split between those who like these skins and those who don't. Never used them myself but I couldn't in good conscience just remove them from my edition of wealthy traders hence this quick standalone for those who like them.

From the Original Wealthy Traders mod by TRP:
* speedskin suit and fibreskin suit are part of the Glitter Tech mod. This mod just expands on that and made it craftable.

I doubt anything has changed and Ill check at some point but you should be able to manually set it to 1.6 if you go to the speedskins mod>about>about.xml and change the supported versions line from 1.5 to 1.6

a raider dropped one of these for me and ive been looking high and low in glittertech where to craft it, finally decided to hit the internet and i got real scared when wealthy traders said they were removed so thank you so much for making it a standalone! ppl might think these are OP i think i finally have a way to slightly even the odds against randy with my 3 person 5 year old colony
