Keeper's Balls [Vineboom and Voiceline]

This mod simply plays a vine boom sound and the narrartor saying 'Balls' whenever Isaac encounters "Keeper's Sack".

Can be configured with Mod Config Menu to adjust when the sound plays and how loud it is.
