1st and 2nd Battles of El-Alamein, fought from July 1–27 and October 23—November 11, 1942, Field Marshal Erwin Rommel was comprehensively defeated by the British Eighth Army.

If you need ideas for your map, this is an El Alamein version for an old battlefield 2 mod (Forgotten Hope 2). Its a realistic map of the area.
