Higher Resolution Radar and Navigation Combined

This mod combines the effects of Higher Resolution Navigation and Higher Resolution Radar.

Mod increases the resolution of the navigation and radar screens to the same as the vehicle control screens.

Adds ID labels and direction heading indicators to air and sea contacts on the radar screen. Increases minimum brightness of radar contacts.
Changes the default zoom level and plot type on the navigation screens upon launch to be more zoomed out, show ocean current on the centre screen and ocean depth on the right screen.

A version of this mod is available that includes UI enhancer and Captain Controls together with further enhancements.
This version conflicts with UI enhancer and captain controls.
