NOTE: This is a ALiVE faction mod. ALiVE is not needed to play this mod, but is required if you want to make changes to the loadout in virtual arsenal. see last pic above to find out how.

Mod Description
Inspired by the events of Fallout New Califonia, this mod aims to add the Vault Loyalists and Patriots, as well as Vault Security. For the obvious reason, most units are armed with melee or close quarters weapons meaning these factions are only really effective in "indoor" combat.


Loyalists:
Comprised of Vault Security, medical staff, and any residents not apart of the rebellion. Due to the patriots acting in the shadows maintaining a reputation as straight-laced, dutiful, and responsible young vault residents, most residents would be caught unaware of their true intentions until it was to late. Whether enforcing the rule of the overseer, trying to stop the collapse of their vault, or just trying to survive, many would come together to try to stop the uprisings.


Patriots:
Following the destruction of the Poseidon Oil Rig, the new president of the Enclave John Henry Eden (an advanced ZAX AI built by Vault-Tec for the military) would set aside most former goals and ordered the majority of the remaining Enclave forces on the west coast to relocate eastwards, to the Capital Wasteland. With their main hub destroyed, the remnant forces left behind overrun, and their numbers quickly depleting over the course of the journey threw constant battle with the locals & wildlife, the order would be given to bolster Enclave forces with fresh "pure," mutation-free recruits from the mainland. Either threw radio transmissions or infiltration, they would spread the word to every vault they could of the Enclaves goals to rebuild america and how they could help. Their objective was to mould young inhabitants into a militia, to seize control of their vaults, escape by force, and rendezvous with local Enclave.


Vault Security:
Low Security - Making up the bulk of vault-tec's security forces. They guard most vaults with experiments or meant to open after a short amount of time, as well as guarding most of vault-tecs public surface structures.
High Security - Better equipped and trained, they guard control vaults or vaults not meant to open for a extended period of time.
Max Security - Equipped with military grade weapons & armour, they guard Vault-Tecs non public vaults & most important installations.


Questions & Answers
Q: What is a alive faction mod?
A: It is a mod mode using the ALiVE mod, all done ingame. It replaces the base units default loadout on spawn & initialization with the loadouts I have created, that is why you need the mod if you with to make changes. see last pic above to find out how.

Q: What maps did you use for the pics?
A: Fallout Vault 84

Q: How do i adjust how many hits they take?
A: Its in the addon options, see 2nd last pic

Q: How do i spawn in the Vault-Tec flags & posters?
A: Place down a user texture, custom flag, or banner and in the path box type

just tested the mod & its working fine, nothin is missing. if your really not missing anything then only other thing i could think of is some strange mod conflict, try loading this mod with just its required mods & see if it works, & if so it must be another none required mod causing issues with it

the problem is I have all of the mods installed, the local ones as well

i have all of the mods yet the units show up in the vanilla arma 3 nato uniforms. any way to fix this?

literally every unit in this mod (besides the power armour & robot) is wearing a vault suit of some kind. if your seeing then in anything elce, you dont have all the required mods installed. make sure you also have the ones in the description above ^

some of the units still have the NATO camo on them and I dont know how to fix, ive got all the mods installed and its still not working

you can put them anywere, juts open the arma 3 launcher. select Local Mod. & navigate to were ever you put it and select it.

i have no idea where to put the mirage of the horizon assets mod and the project purity after i have downloaded them pls help
