Character Only - Horrible Regeneration

I tried some of the regen mods and noticed they did the entire army, which didn't add the flare i wanted to my leader and instead made my army a bit overpowered. So i changed the standard "Force_to_force_own" to "faction_to_faction_leader"

So now the mod should only affect your faction leader.

I will also note this only works in Campaign modes as it is under "Campaign_Difficulty_Handicap", so you will not receive the regen in Skirmish.
