finally, this is one i want to find because i'm for like 5 years sick of teleporting baddies in gamemodes other than Skirmish.
Should be titled "Parachute Spawn - Spawn up above the capture point"

parachute auto deploys for me

when i do specops with the mutator i cant deploy parachute
