Ah yes, I found it under the commercials! I have confused it with the Deutsche Bank and Unter Sachsenhausen buildings. Sorry!

Another fantastic bulilding from Cologne, Modocero! Thank you very much! But unfortunately the game says that I can place this - and many other of your latest assets - only when there are 5000 children in elementary schools. What can I do? I have the "Unlock All"-Mod enabled.
