Interesting update, however, looks a bit reckless. Get Over Here was actually not so bad, combining crit chance and damage in perks would indeed be a bit OP. Grappler range, as long as it's not modded externally(like grappler mod) - could actually be very helpful when collecting loot.
Can't touch this could be better used as Soak, not sure about Evasion, asking on forums for clarification.
for some of the big boys it takes "imo" too long. most sci-fi shows have this happening almost instantly.
Lets see how this works for now, it looks a bit mean, especially if you're the Gunner class... Have fun :)
looks like I will be using this mod for a while atleast.
@WraithSide – I do like your suggestions. I have thought of using soak and evasion but assumed it would be overpowered. I’m in the mid-level of the game and haven’t had the chance to examine the usefulness of all the perks.
The regions control the level of ship spawned but not the level of mission offered :( still looking at alternatives. Endless Supply should affect heavy ammo, let me look into all this and come up with an update.
@Trophy – It works as I have tested it. Not sure what you’re looking for, the bonus ID’s and all the edited files will be in the mod location.

My game is set to another language. And it shows the vanilla descriptions. But there is not accordance between your bonuses and the description ingame. Where to find the bonuses?
Fleet Master - how does Fleet Size matter?
Seventh Sense? Chance to detect cloaked objects, really? I don't know about Extreme difficulty, but on normal, I kind of always ignore the Ra'Qaans who jump out of nowhere. Is there really a point of detect them?
Can't Touch This - unfortunately, nobody is going to give a lot of thought about manoeuvrability, but if you had higher Evasion or... or prerably... Soak...
Phantom - a whole perk to save 5-10k cash?
I don't exactly want to be OP, but having practical perks, like Transporter capacity(or Trooper Strength back), Soak or Weapon range - that would be awesome.
Also, what is it about ship spawning regions? And Endless Supply affects heavy ammo, right?
