Also if you go the main way on the right side when you enter the manor, the 1-st human who enters the trap room always dies. The exit door closes too fast and kills you if you try to run through the room. There is also no way to trigger the trap and run back, because you need to come close to the center of the room to trigger and the entrance door closes too fast. In CS:GO/CS:S the 1-st human(s) was able to run through this trap room.

Indeed. Checked it offline several times. Each round 2 copies of the same coin (with an Aquarius sign) spawn at random sides of the manor in random locations. The other coin (with a star sign) never spawns.
