[Kiskas] L3 33 [EXPERIMENTAL UPDATE]

A tankette originally built in 1933 and used by the Italian Army before and during World War II. In 1938, the CV/33 was renamed the "L3/33".
Accessible through blank test map or through Teardown spawn menu.

This update changes how gun mounts on L3 series function to allow horizontal gun traverse, with some issues
- L3 33 Lancia fiamme cant aim when MG is selected
- L3 33 Contro Carro and Carro Veloce 33 II serie spawn with guns facing sideways. This SHOULD NOT affect aiming.
