Angier Taiwan Style Metro Track (Max's Edition)

Improved version of Angier's Type 3 tracks to make them more suitable for metro use. This mod includes:

-Mirrored version and wireless version of the track, all comes with invisible centenary for eletrification;
-All tracks maximum speed reduced to 80km/h, tunnel texture replaced with Berlin U-bahn style;
-Wireless station track module due to third rail displacement; and
-Third rail asset
