In the ruins of the Windy City, the last bastion of American liberty sits and stews. A flag of the old world still waving as the Enclave looks upon the ever devolving wasteland, a realm of the impure wastelanders who dare not deserve even the slightest bit of remorse. The only way forward in the Secretary of the Interior's eyes? Total victory.

- Adds a focus tree for Chicago Enclave and Iowaclave.
- Adds a single event. I'm not making more.
- Changes the Flag of Chicago Enclave and changes the portrait of the Secretary.
- That's really about it yeah.

Conquer the wasteland as the Comb- I mean as the Enclave, last bastion of our beloved America, today!

bug causes the submods to freeze game, dont know which mod, but it's either this one or the other 6 continent submods, OWB devs refuse to find the issue or fix it for that matter and get mad when anyone brings submod bug reports

Now that the base chicago enclave has a focus tree (with some incomplete localization), this mod is unnecessary and the author stopped working on it

I ain't updating this mod as I don't see much a reason too, it was really just to get me backing into modding after a good long departure

As an RBR devloper, yesish. Wether or not Theseus decides to update the mod in the future or not, but its unlikely to get updated before 2.0 imho.

for some reason when i use the cuban mod with it it turns like half the countries pink, including the NCR
