No Mutually exclusive techs/doctrines RT56

Removes mutually exclusive branchs in the Industry research tree (so you can take concentrated and dispersed industry), and the special research division that is exclusive to RT56.

Removes mutually exclusive branches from all doctrines, so you can take all the doctrines, army, navy, air and special forces.

You can also diversify special forces as many times as you want, so that you can take all the special trees doctrines. Remember however that the decision only shows up if you are at war, from Feb 1936 at the earliest.

I recommend using this mod with RT56, otherwise you will be playing with the base game tech tree, and all the RT56 added techs will be missing a picture and description.

Yes, I am aware that this is unbalanced, but its for fun

As for the AI, I'm unsure if they will take both techs, I'm yet to test it.
