Minimal Modifiers

Uses a localization file to rename all the item modifiers/prefixes to be excessively simple.
Below is a chart of all minimal prefixes, all based on the value change.

+5 = Over 100% Positive value - The three best weapon modifiers, legendary, mythical and unreal.
+4 = 75-100% Positive value
+3 = 50-75% Positive value
+2 = 25-50% Positive value
+1 = 0-25% Positive value
Bad = All negative value changes

The only exception to the weapon modifiers is Light, which is arguably the best utility prefix for tools. Instead, it's been renamed to Efficient.

All accessory prefixes that don't give the best stat increase are renamed to +1. This means Warding stays unchanged, but Armored is renamed.
