Lakeshore Tower

The Lakeshore tower was inaugurated in 2000 in the city of Altafaux. It was designed by Aoiyama architects. It is a mixed use skyscraper, 250m tall. In its lower levels hosts the Riggan Thomson Theatre.


The asset serves as landmark lot (always unlocked). The lot size is 11 x 9 blocks and has animated advertising billboards and effects. It also features water flowing light effects that are activated if you change aseet's name in game.
Mesh: 1 mesh + 4 submeshes, 4,606 tris in total.
Texture: 2048 x 512 px
LOD: about 400 tris and 256 x 256 px texture
