I am pretty sure it is just reskin for the css desert eagle so whatever weapon packs that uses the countert strike source desert eagle should get the reskin same with the scout.

dose the red gun have a spawn name for NPC use i cant find it ?

Only way that'll happen is if someone else decides to upload that only themselves. If you want to, you can even extract this addon itself and remove what you don't want from it and just have the pistol.
