Iraq under Saddam Hussein

[UA] Son of Nebbuchadnezzar - Combat bonus against city-states with strategic resources, with a greater bonus for the more types of resources the city-state has. Units heal on city capture based on the number of Ancient and Classical wonders in the Capital.

[UU] Lion of Babylon - Replaces Tank. Moves twice as fast through desert tiles, and has no cost to pillage. Receive +10% XP when defeating a unit while adjacent to a strategic resource, or within a city's limits.

[UU] Fedayeen Saddam - Replaces Marine. Does not begin with Amphibious promotion, but stronger (75 vs 65), and deals attritional damage to nearby units when a spy is stationed in their civilizations capital.
