DB BR 101 Universal locomotive

The 101 series are high-performance universal locomotives that have been in service with Deutsche Bahn since 1996. Designed for passenger and freight services, the locomotives were used for passenger trains during the day and then for fast goods trains at night. In the meantime, all of them are actually only ever used for long-distance services and have replaced the 103 and 120 series for the high-quality trains below the ICE fleet.
Due to its smooth outer skin, the locomotive is very popular as an advertising medium, which is stuck onto the locomotive with foil.

Starting tractive force: 300 kN

If this mod is loaded after the Metropolitan mod, the old BR 101s from the Metropolitan mod will also be replaced with the 2024 version.
